These draft terms describe proposed conditions for using the Regulus for NABARD student portal and its exam-preparation materials. Please read them before using or purchasing access. By creating an account or using the portal, a student would be asked to accept the final terms once the operator has approved and published them.
The service is presented as “Regulus for NABARD.” The legal name and address of the person or entity operating it have not been verified in the project. For support, contact regulusfornabardsupport@gmail.com. The owner should add the verified legal operator details before approval.
Portal sign-in currently uses Google sign-in. Keep control of the Google account used to access the portal and provide accurate profile information when requested. The portal’s code does not specify a minimum student age; the operator must approve an eligibility and guardian-consent approach before publication.
The portal currently presents a one-time purchase for one year of course access. Its student-facing page displays a launch price of ₹1,999 and a standard price of ₹2,499; the amount shown at checkout and confirmed by the payment provider is the amount applicable to that order. Access is activated after successful payment confirmation. The owner should verify current prices and offer dates before approving this page.
Payments are processed through Razorpay. The portal creates an order, verifies the payment response and records the order/payment reference and access expiry. Do not share payment passwords, card details or one-time codes with support.
Use the account for personal study. Do not share account access, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or copy, resell, publish or redistribute portal materials without permission from the relevant rights holder. The owner must confirm the rights holder and any permitted personal-use or printing scope before these terms are finalized.
Notes, question banks, mock tests, PDFs and other study materials support exam preparation. They are educational resources, not a guarantee of selection, rank, employment or any particular examination result. Students should check official notifications for authoritative examination requirements.
Maintenance, technical faults or third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect access. The operator may update portal features or these terms, and may restrict or suspend an account for a legitimate security, misuse or legal reason, subject to applicable law and any required notice or process. The final terms should describe a support and complaint escalation process.
Nothing in these draft terms is intended to exclude consumer or other statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The operator should obtain legal review of liability wording and confirm the governing-law and dispute-resolution language using its verified business details. No court, city or exclusive venue is specified in this draft.
Contact regulusfornabardsupport@gmail.com. The operator should confirm its complaint-handling contact and escalation details before publication.
This draft concerns personal data used through the Regulus for NABARD portal. The portal’s verified support contact is regulusfornabardsupport@gmail.com. The person or entity legally responsible for the service has not been verified and must be identified by the owner.
Information supports sign-in, profile display, course access, payment confirmation, student-specific progress and revision features, security and support. Payment references are used to reconcile an order and activate the purchased access period.
The implementation uses Firebase services for authentication, hosting, database records, file storage and server functions, and Razorpay for payment processing. These providers process information under their own service terms. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to investigate abuse, resolve a transaction or protect the service, subject to applicable law.
Student-specific records are stored in Firebase and access rules restrict many student records to their account; administrative access is also provided for portal operation. The project does not document a complete retention schedule, deletion workflow, security certification or a guarantee covering all security incidents. The owner must approve retention periods and review the production configuration before making more specific promises.
For a request to access, correct or delete information, or to ask a privacy question, write to regulusfornabardsupport@gmail.com and include the account email. Do not send passwords, card data or one-time codes. The portal does not yet document a dedicated self-service privacy-request or consent-withdrawal flow; the operator must confirm how requests will be handled and any lawful retention exceptions.
The portal code reviewed does not establish an age threshold or child-specific safeguards. The owner must decide the intended audience and any required guardian-consent process. Any personal-data incident will be handled according to applicable legal requirements; this draft does not promise a notification timeline beyond those requirements.
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 have phased commencement dates. This draft does not assume that every provision is currently in force; the operator should review the applicable provisions and commencement notifications before publication. See the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology’s official Rules and commencement information.
The final policy should state its effective date and how material updates will be communicated. Privacy questions can be sent to regulusfornabardsupport@gmail.com; the owner must confirm the designated grievance contact and response process.
The portal currently offers one-year course access through a one-time Razorpay checkout. An order is confirmed and access is activated after the portal verifies successful payment. The amount and plan shown for the specific checkout order govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.
No approved refund period, refund percentage, cancellation window, exclusions or post-activation rule was found in the project. The owner must decide these commercial terms after reviewing applicable consumer requirements. Until approved, this draft makes no blanket promise that purchases are refundable or non-refundable and does not waive statutory rights.
If money appears to have been deducted but the portal does not show a confirmed order or activate access, or if you see a possible duplicate charge, contact support with the order/payment reference. The support team can check the portal’s transaction records and payment status. Do not send full card or bank-account details, passwords or one-time codes.
Email regulusfornabardsupport@gmail.com from the account used for purchase and provide the account email, order ID, Razorpay payment ID if available, payment date and a brief description. Include only the minimum information needed to locate the transaction.
Submitting a request does not mean a refund has been approved or processed. No portal review service level or bank/payment-provider processing timeline is documented, so none is promised here. The owner must approve a review procedure, escalation contact and clear timelines before this policy is published.
The portal currently displays launch and standard prices. No separate approved rule for promotional pricing, incorrect purchases or exceptions was found. The owner must decide how those cases are handled and ensure the displayed checkout terms match the approved policy.
For payment-related questions, contact regulusfornabardsupport@gmail.com. Preserve the transaction reference for follow-up.
